Contact / Free Scoping

Start with clarity, not a commitment.

Know the right next step before you agree to the work.

Every project begins with free scoping. Tell us what is happening, what you need, and what may stand in the way. We will explain whether Nornoet appears to be a good fit, what the next step should be, and what the work may involve.

Some problems can be scoped from that first conversation. Others need a closer look before anyone can price them responsibly. If paid discovery is needed, we define the work and its cost before it begins.

What You Get

What the free scoping gives you.

An honest first read

We identify where the problem seems to live and what matters most. We also tell you if Nornoet does not appear to be the right fit.

A practical next step

We recommend what should happen next and explain why.

The risks and unknowns

We point out the systems, permissions, dependencies, and unanswered questions most likely to affect the work.

An early estimate

If enough is known, we give you a realistic first estimate. If it is not, we explain what must be learned before the work can be priced responsibly.

You leave with useful clarity even if no project follows.

Where The Line Is

What is free, and what is not.

The free scoping helps us understand the problem, identify the likely direction, and decide what should happen next.

It does not include a complete implementation roadmap, a field-by-field analysis, a detailed migration map, or a full design for how your organization should work.

If one of those is needed, we propose paid discovery. The work, deliverables, and price are defined before it begins.

The resulting roadmap is designed to remain useful whether Nornoet carries it out or you take it elsewhere.

Free scoping

We understand the problem, check whether Nornoet is a good fit, identify the main complications, and recommend the next step.

Paid discovery, when needed

We study the relevant data, systems, workflows, or code closely enough to build a reliable plan.

Implementation

We complete the agreed work. Before anything begins, the deliverables, assumptions, tests, price, and limits are put in writing.
