Dashboard Builder
Turn the information leaders need to monitor into a tailored operating view built around the organization's actual sources, decisions, and reporting priorities.
AI Skills
Nornoet builds AI Skills around how the client actually works. Each Skill is installed, adapted, tested, documented, and governed for the client's environment.
These are not generic prompt packs. They are executable workflow capabilities built around the client's systems, connectors, permissions, terminology, source knowledge, operating rules, exceptions, handoffs, and standards.
How a Skill Is Built

Define the workflow, desired outcome, required inputs, authoritative sources, systems, permissions, exceptions, handoffs, and boundaries for human judgment.
Run Nornoet's reusable architecture within the client environment using the client's AI and approved connections.
Build the client's terminology, systems, source knowledge, operating rules, role boundaries, and permissions into the installed capability.
Test the Skill against expected outcomes, edge cases, ambiguous requests, incomplete information, and real operating conditions.
Adjust the behavior, retrieval, routing, validation, and escalation rules until the capability performs the client-specific workflow reliably.
Skills Are Composable
One workflow becomes one Skill.
Several role-specific Skills become part of a Role Model.
Multiple Role Models are coordinated through a Department Model.
Connected departments can become an Artificially Architected Business.
A Skill purchased today should not become a disposable one-off when the organization expands later. Nornoet designs each capability so it can remain useful independently or become part of a larger operating model.

Established AI Skills
Starting at $3,000
Known workflow architectures with normal discovery, client adaptation, testing, documentation, and deployment. Additional systems, unusual risk, novel integrations, or materially broader scope are quoted after assessment.
Turn the information leaders need to monitor into a tailored operating view built around the organization's actual sources, decisions, and reporting priorities.
Give users governed access to approved document repositories with source-aware search, retrieval, and answers grounded in the material the organization trusts.
Extract approved source information into a consistent structured summary or operational record without inventing missing values.
Compare an existing structured summary against its authoritative sources, identify discrepancies, and update or correct the summary under defined rules.
Organize approved HR knowledge, separate general material from restricted records, answer routine questions, identify documentation gaps, and route cases that require human review.
Create and maintain the training, walkthroughs, troubleshooting guidance, FAQs, and Skill-specific support that help employees use deployed AI capability effectively.
Structure approved organizational knowledge, answer questions from trusted sources, identify missing or inconsistent documentation, and turn recurring questions into recommendations for improving the knowledge base.
Generate completed documents from approved templates and authoritative information sources while preserving the template structure and flagging missing or ambiguous values rather than inventing them.
Review website content against defined disclosure, consistency, quality, and publication requirements, then surface findings for correction and approval.
Turn an approved website brief, content system, brand direction, and technical environment into a governed build workflow that supports consistent implementation.
Support repeatable website updates, validation, content changes, and deployment workflows within the client's approved technical and publishing process.
Connections & Integrations
$3,000 per connector
Connect client AI through an existing connector or pre-built MCP, then configure and optimize that connection around the client's systems, permissions, retrieval patterns, workflows, and operating requirements. Setup and the client-specific Connector Optimizer Skill are one capability and one charge.
If no pre-built connector or MCP exists and a new custom MCP or comparably complex integration must be designed and built, the connection is Scoped and quoted as a fixed-fee project.
Explore Connections & Integrations →Advanced AI Skills
Starting at $5,000
Established capability families with materially greater continuity, testing, judgment, or risk requirements.
Preserve the state, context, decisions, sources, handoffs, and recovery information a project needs to continue across AI sessions, users, and working environments.
Project Continuity includes continuation and handoff as the minimum operating floor. Additional sharing, controlled updating, reconciliation, and learning behavior can be incorporated where appropriate.
Custom Skills
Scoped
When the workflow, integrations, permissions, failure modes, risk profile, or implementation pattern is materially new, Nornoet scopes the capability before quoting it.
Scoped does not mean open-ended hourly billing. The normal outcome is a defined fixed-fee project based on the agreed systems, deliverables, assumptions, validation requirements, and change boundaries.
Client-Owned Runtime
Nornoet's reusable architecture produces a client-specific capability. The installed Skill operates through client-controlled AI and the client's approved systems, connectors, permissions, knowledge sources, and operating rules.
Where appropriate, reference material remains in client-controlled storage. Skills can use approved client-controlled knowledge sources without requiring the organization to surrender its operating knowledge into a proprietary central silo.
The free assessment identifies the outcome, the likely Skill architecture, major complexity factors, and whether the work fits an established starting price or requires deeper scoping.
